Look around for tools, quick releases and include them in box.

Put front wheel in front of case.

Find good spot for stem/ handlebars

and seatpost around frame above wheel.

Loosen bolts on stem.

Take cables off of brake levers (line up notches).

With derailleur DOWN into corner, put second half of frame into above rear wheel.

Put Rear wheel above front fork with cassette facing up.

Remove quick releases from both wheels let let air out of tires
