Topanga Creek Bicycles Saturday’s ride will leave from the shop at 830 and head into the park. Like usually it will be a few hills and a fun crowd. Various levels of terrain including at least one climb out of the canyon. Being at the shop between 8-8:15 is great. And, a quick reminder to everyone, we are a bike shop and want to s…ell bikes, gear, and various merchandise to stay in business for a long time. So, if you are going to buy a waterbottle, hydration system or anything like that specifically because you are going to ride with us, please wait and buy it from us, hopefully stop in Thursday or Friday and get ready.

We are going to ride from the shop and plan a mellow ride at 830 and hope everyone is just looking for a fun ride  830AM start, but meet at 815.   Because of the race from the last weekend, and our two trips to Interbike in Vegas this week, we emphasize a mellow ride Saturday.   (And, I might mention, mellow does not mean there won’t be hills, it means we won’t  do a lot of aggresive downhils, we will  probably go to the Foundation for the view, and head back. or something like that.)

24 Hours of Adrenalin™ Race at Hurkey Creek Park

Topanga Creek Bicycles partook in the 24 Hours of Adrenalin™ Race at Hurkey Creek Park (right outside Idyllwild) this past weekend with two teams of riders. It was great fun competing against hundreds of racers and camping out in the beautiful San Jacinto Mountains. We look forward to doing it again next Spring!
